What you're experience might be what's refer to as the MS HUG.

It's also important to realized that not everything should though of as only a MS Symptoms. Chest Pains can signal other medical conditions such as a Heart Attack,

Ms Hug. I have it regularly. Some times worse than others.

I was at gp yesterday, thinking its gastro related. Think its related to acid/reflux. It feels like a pulling sensation and then odd sharp pains that come and go.
