I've been on Tecfidera for a few years now and better. At first it was rough because my dose was increased to quickly and i wasn't eating enough protein when taking the pills. Now that i have the right amount of protein with each meal i am better with it. I now know when i haven't not had enough protein with the pills because i will get flushing. Otherwise don't notice many sideeffects. :)

Try more protein- i take mine with at least 20 grams otherwise i can’t deal- and i try to take 80-130 grams a day and have been ok since. But yes ive had that side effect now i just have a runny nose

I don't take this but I do have burning dry eyes I keep eye drops Helps some

I don’t use Tecfidera but I do get what I call ‘stingy eyes’, which water profusely. My optician called it dry eye I think. I believe it’s quite common in people of ‘a certain age’ 😭. I too use eye drops.

Burning itchy eyes too. I have dry eye. It's weird, you can have dry eye so you produce more tears. I had "plugs" put in my lower ducts, they last a year, and it was awesome! It doesn't hurt to have done and you don't even notice they are there. I'm on Gilenya.
