Absolutely! Sometimes I dont think they are, but if i have skipped a few doses and then give myself a shot,I’m like “why did I wait so long”?

Did you give up gluten? I suffered from malabsorption of B12, iron...etc. until I gave up the gluten. About 3-6 months later my B12 was through the roof, and no more numbness in my feet!! I just take methylcobalamin rapid dissolving pills now and my B12 is around 700!!!

I have the script for B12. Have had for quite a while. Even before I was diagnosed with MS. I never could tell if it was helping me or not and the thought of taking another injection hmm.... I think I will try again. Thanks for the info.
