Members discussed their experiences with B12 injections and other supplements to manage fatigue and low energy levels. Several members shared that monthly B12 shots and high-dose vitamin D helped boost their energy, with one member noting a significant improvement after their vitamin D levels were found to be dangerously low. A recurring theme was the search for relief from fatigue, with some members also exploring options like Biotin supplements and a B6 and B12 energy drink that provided gentle, steady energy without the jitteriness of typical energy drinks.

@A MyMSTeam Member I never took B-12 shots but I was taking an energy drink by Genesis pure that has B- 6&12 and wheat-grass and a bunch of other vitamins in it. It worked wonders for my fatigue. i was really happy with it cause it didn't make me feel jittery like monster, red-bull or 5 hr energy. i was just ...awake. couldn't take it after noon tho or I'd be up all night. i think i paid about $50 for a 1 month supply. it lasted more than a month for me because after a few days it was like i was replenishing energy on my own. it got to a point i was only taking it 2 or 3 times a week. and for the last month (after I ran out) I haven't been using it at all.

I get B-12 injections once a month after neuro told me my count was low and I take 50,000 weekly vitamin D. After blood work showed my count was 12!(supposed to be between 50-100) Felt noticeably better w/ energy after bout a month taking weekly vitamin D dose and just a little bit more of an edge after getting B-12 shots. Of course I'm no where like I used to be before getting sick but I'll take whatever edge I can get! Still getting used to my new normal

@A MyMSTeam Member the company is called Genesis pure I got it through a friend. You can buy it on Ebay,bonanza.com and the official site is www.livepure4health.com if you go through the site hey will hook you up with a local sales person. From experience the lemon is pretty awful. the guy who sold it to me also let me try berry which was good but he suggest watermelon as the best flavor lol
