Ok here’s the problem. I think I’m going through another phase of MS. I’ve been having a lot of things going on with my body such as weakness that I’ve never had, back, leg and knee pain constantly, tired, test after test and a lot more. Oh and omg my memory and cognitive function is sooo out of wack. I go to the dr May 7 after all the test. What do y’all think? Next stage or what?

Members rallied around someone worried about possible MS progression, sharing similar experiences with worsening weakness, pain, fatigue, and cognitive changes. Several members offered practical advice including asking for physical therapy, doing cognitive exercises like puzzles, staying hydrated, and keeping detailed notes before appointments. A recurring theme was encouragement to stay strong, wait for MRI results before drawing conclusions, and lean on prayer and community support, with the original poster later confirming active brain lesions and starting treatment.

Hang in there. We are not going to claim the next phase. Remember, there is always a higher power that is in control. Pray and we will be praying for you. Feel better and please keep us posted.

When you see the doc, as for physical therapy. Keep moving and stay hydrated. This disease will steal you ability to move. Do puzzles, read, stretch you brain. And most of all be kind to you and be patient to yourself.

Which type of MS do you have again Adrienne4? I have a more progressive type and that is why I progressed from RRMS to Secondary Progressive MS in 11 years, I feel my right leg is weaker and I heard that working it out can help with gaining strength. Best Wishes hun and I hope you have not progressed to the next phase of MS.
