Dalfampridine

Is this drug the same as Amoyra? I am currently taking Ampyra.

Ampyra / Fampyra is the original FDA approved 10mg Extended Release Dalfampridine.
Unfortunately, since 2017 there are now many generic versions of Dalfampridine on the market, mostly from India, and as reported by many users, they are not all as effective as the original.
Unfortunately, when a generic finally becomes available the insurance companies will force you to switch over because it is cheaper.
They really don't care if it works as well or not.
