New to me. Have many questions.

I have newly been diagnosed with ms. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 18 yrs ago. I also have arthritis. I had a spinal fusion 13 yrs ago. I have had constant pain since. All my muscles are tight and painful, cramping, weakness, and fatigue,, most of the time. I don't know what is ms or something else. By 3 pm I cannot function. Does anyone else have these symptoms. I am on Aubagio

I'm not good before 6 in the evening.

I just don't have any energy. I Try to force myself but usually end up feeling even worse.

Yes, I cannot function after 3pm too!
I have had constant pain in my neck, all my muscles are tight and painful, cramping, weakness, and extreme fatigue.
