My muscle are constantly twitching and jerking. Is that common for MS?

I was "symptom free" with MS for 30 years without treatment - with no strategy, beyond denial... Maybe I should try to sell "denial" as a treatment... lol

I get tired of explaining this to well meaning friends. Just because someone felt healthy for decades doesn't mean they cured their MS. its always lurking

Unfortunately, yes. My muscles twitch throughout the day and then I get the awesome leg jerk that wakes me up from sleep several times a night.

Not sure LeaBriceHougland, I'm RRMS1984 rehabilitated since 1994 and I am still free of all pain in 2018
