Members discussed which painkiller works best, with ibuprofen being the most commonly mentioned option for pain and inflammation, while Tylenol was preferred by those with kidney or stomach concerns. Several members shared that over-the-counter options often fall short for chronic MS or fibromyalgia pain, leading them to use prescription medications like tramadol, gabapentin, oxycodone, or baclofen. A recurring theme was that pain management is deeply personal, with many also finding relief through medical marijuana, CBD oil, TENS units, or turmeric alongside traditional medications.

Sometimes its just the power of positivity that works best. But it is different for each of us. Sometimes the MS over takes us and we need medical assistance whether we like it or not.

I’m happy that it works for you Monty but for a lot of people who are in extreme pain without painkillers it would be unthinkable not to take them but everyone is different that is the problem

Need to add peperine to the turmeric. That is found in ground peppercorns. Research it, there is a lot on the internet about it. I put mine in capsules myself. And I definitely have to take with food or it bothers my stomach. I take a couple with breakfast and I cook my dinner with it when possible. I have noticed a small difference.
