I sometimes experience numbness and tingling in my toes, leg, or arm and immediately take an ibuprofen because of it's anti-inflammatory properties. This has probably happened about three times so far and they tingling/numbness always goes away within 20-30 minutes.
I'm curious if anyone else has tried this?
I'm also on tecfidera so i do take Ibuprofen in addition to my normal treatment (tecfidera, vitamin d, and multivitamin to be specific) if I notice that change.
I don't take Ibuprofin, but I regularly use CBD and several essential oils (copaiba, amongst others) and herbal teas when I'm feeling "off". Definitely helps get me back on track! XX

The Neurologist told me from initially being diagnosed that if present symptoms change or new symptoms arrived and either lasted longer than 3 days I was to see him and allow him determine what is taking place. If he determined that a relapse was taking place he would prescribe a steroid.
Be careful with taking Tecfidera. It can cause you to be JC virus positive. Have bloodwork done. If you're feeling a relapse coming on, you might want to be on prednisone
