This question is for people with numb hands. My hands have been numb for going on 5 years, cool I have made the adjustments. My question is, anybody else that have numb hands and fingers feel like you have no fingerprints? Hard to turn pages, have to put a death grip on everything especially drinking glass and smooth things?

I get a mild case that started two years ago. The PT at the VA had some easy spine stretching exercises that improved the numbness immediately.
Yes, I have Numb Hands and Fingers however I have lived with this for so many Years it doesn't bother Me any more, too much.
@A MyMSTeam Member Don't let any doctor tell you it is just in your head. Get a new doctor. One who understands MS. Not all nero's know all the brain's problems.
