A recurring theme was the importance of finding a personal sanctuary, whether physical or emotional, along with leaning on trusted loved ones and community support to feel less alone in the journey.

I was in a chair and graduated to walker, cane, and now life. I’ve done my bucket list and now work out for 15 minutes six days a week. I can’t say enough about positive attitude and pushing yourself. I’m not Superman anymore like my kids call me but I keep trying. You may see me on American ninja warrior this year. I have RR type of MS but am slowly progressing. Don’t let it get to you. My gym has a hydro massager and use it every day. Best substitute for a real massage I can’t afford daily!!

🙂We are in control of our own emotions, it’s not easy, with MS.., ours can get flipped up n down many times in a day..., so I keep my Head happy with Cannabis, and Positive Thought. xxx

Do something you really like to do. This will provide stress relief and should help with the anxiety. Mine is weird but it works. I love to sit at a benchrest and shoot. Or shoot targets with a handgun. I also love being in the bush. That's why I pick so much wild fruit. You may like to listen to music or go swimming. Whatever you really like to do should help.

Try to take as much stress out of your life as possible--haha I know that doesn't seem doable, but you can to a degree. I'm all about the breathing technique that Violet posted about. It definitely worked for me. It keeps you from hyperventilating, which you could be doing without realizing it.
