Well i might just put in my 2 cent's worth in; I take suppliments, potassium, Magnesium,all those vitamins: but the only thing that really help's is a little 4 mg pill called 'Tizanidine', it is a prescription That I have had for 18 years and it works, I tried 'Baclofen ' from 1994 till 2000, but it got to where it wouldn't do the job.Hope you have a great and pain free week!

Eat peanut butter, beans, and bananas. A medium size banana has about 32mg of magnesium, as well as some potassium & vitamin c.
