Yes I do! Just out of the blue it feels like my throat I closing off and I can't swallow or get enough air in!

Oh my gosh, yes, my voice comes and goes. I use to be able to sing but I can't now. My voice starts to crack really bad. So now I know what's doing it. I hope I don't totally lose my voice and it don't take 3 or 4 years before it comes back. That would be awful. I am glad to hear yours came back! I just might try that smoothie thing. Thanks for telling me all this Donna123. That has been a big help!

Yes. It feels like to me I'm being squeezed from under my breasts up to the top of my head by a boa constrictor and someone has a really tight grip around my throat as though they are cutting off all my air and it hurts so bad. Piercing pain through my head and chest. It makes it really difficult to try to swallow or breathe.

I am fairly active and get out of breath still. Long walks, stairs too.

Some days I choke on my meds and it might take 2-3 days for things to get back to "normal". Some days I will choke on air! And just cough and cough. When that happens it is really scary, to choke for no reason and to have your throat feel like it is just closing off. I have the fear that it will close off and not open back up!
