How does one know the difference with MS Hug. I’m having this tightness in my chest. Comes and goes but will stop me in my tracks. It’s concentrated on one side or spans across both sides. It’s really bothersome. Help?
@A MyMSTeam Member ten years? That’s absolutely disrespectful and disheartening they would allow you to suffer. I’m out my mind with this type of behavior from healthcare professionals or the lack there of, everyone is not crazy, seeking attention, seeking drugs or wishing to be sick. Like where in the world did this type of thinking come into play. Let me be clear I respect the profession HOWEVER the patient needs the same respect. I pay A LOT of money with MS A LOT and I’m not taking no bs from them from here on out.
I had this for ten years and I was dismissed and ignored. It was and is excruciating. Pain like you wudnt believe. It hurts all the effing time. Finally I was dx with Ms...it hurts so bad.
@A MyMSTeam Member I’ve been trying the breathing techniques because it feels like your last breath at time. I’ll try the medication tapes they sent me # Copaxone
I have these hugs too. Painful ! The best thing for me to do is to ask my husband ~ or daughter ~ to roll on some aspercreme for me. It's a quick fix ! 😊
I too get this tight band around my chest and it takes my breath away. It passes and all is well again, but boy oh boy, I know when it's happening. I'm not aware of anything we can take for it but to just try and stay relaxed and ride it out. God bless you sweetheart. XXX 😚🤗
