Very frustrated. For weeks I have had my glatect supplies but am still waiting for the nurse form the nursing agency to come in and teach me. I called for the 3rd time the glatect support program but they won't give me the name of then agency they deal with. I want to call them directly to see what the holdup is. Does anyone know the name of the agency? Phonenumber? I have been sruggling for over 2 years now. I live in Beamsville, Ontario. Thanks
