Also do you have any baseline symptoms that never go away? What i think was a “hug” to me felt like a pain in my upper chest. Is spanned around and even up into my shoulders and neck. It hurt worse when i inhaled. It lasted for several hours.
Little upset about ppms i am always on the go but tire quicker my leg is weak dont walk fast my hands shake and weak drop thing fine motor skills stink frustrated sad but i push thriough i guess i try to deny it i hate it
I experience it fairly often. Sometimes it feels like a really tight band around my bosom; often it extends into my neck and shoulders, and I've also experienced it as a lower band around my hips. It feels very constricting, and achy. It makes it difficult to breathe deeply. I do get sharp pains in random places too - always somewhere different and it could be in my foot and then the next time it's in my elbow. Very weird. MS is quite a journey! Has forced this previously Type A planner to learn to go with the flow!
I do have some symptoms that never completely go away, although they vary a lot in their severity. I notice them a LOT more when I go off my food plan or the two times I went off my CBD regimen.
Hope you are doing well @A MyMSTeam Member and feel better soon! XX

@A MyMSTeam Member I used to have terrible dexterity problems. But after doing finger exercises I now have normal functioning of my fingers. I only did the exercises once a week, so it took a few years for me. But by doing them more often, I would think it could help much faster. Here are the Finger Exercises that I used to do:
1. Counting "1-2-3-4-5-Close," touch your thumb on one hand to each fingertip on that hand, then the pinky pad on your hand, and then clasp all the fingers around the thumb on "Close."
Repeat 20 times. Then repeat on other hand.
2. Child toys for training hand-eye coordination: like putting pegs in the holes of a wooden block and wooden strips with holes, screwing a plastic nut down a long 5? inch plastic screw, threading a thick thread into the small holes of a 1/2 inch thick animal-shaped block. Repeat each exercise with the other hand before moving on to the next exercise.
Do you ever see purple round circles when you close. Eyes that move
