Do You Struggle With Fatigue? What Do You Do To Ease Fatigue?
It seems like I am always fatigued. It is better somedays, but it seems like it doesn’t take much to get me back fatigued. It makes me wonder how I will keep up with children if I have any. It makes me wonder how I will date.. and who would take me on so to speak. Any advice?
Remember that you are the exact same person you were the day before you received the diagnosis of MS. You probably got tired before your diagnosis, i's just now you know why. I'm a firm believer in actually paying better attention to what your body is saying to you and doing something about it (take a nap or a seat or a break). You'll figure out what works best for you. Try not to use MS as a reason for not doing something. You may need to do the thing in a different way but that doesn't make you any less bad ass. You can still date, get married, have kids because you are still you and that is a very good thing
That is great to know this info.
I take Hydroxycut Pro, but for energy, not for weight loss (my BMI is 21.4). I checked with the pharmacist and was told that it no longer contains the dangerous ingredient that it did when first out. Apparently it’s mainly loaded with vitamins and caffeine. I haven’t even lost weight with it, but my metabolism is so out of whack that nothing would make me gain or lose weight even if I tried. I did find it interesting that, for the first time in a long time, my last round of bloodwork came back great. It’s amazing how much more energized I do feel but it’s not like an “energy high” or racing heart etc. I also asked if it was bad to take with the other risky crap I already put in my body and was told no negative interactions.
Usually I am tired after waking up and doing a couple things. Although it sounds hard and it is at times, exercising is good. Even if its a short walk.
