My chronic fatigue is the most debilitating symptom that I deal with. And it's the most frequent thing I struggle with. Now, I know they're are medications out there to treat it but I'm not really interested in taking "another pill." But I want to know how you all handle it and what you do when you still need to show up in life, yet struggle to.

Hon, the best advice I can give is accept the fact that MS fatigue is a very real thing. Do what you can, take a short nap, then do what's left that's within your ability. Know that what you do makes a difference to you and those who you love (believe me, they see it!). Take care of yourself, and know that those around you love and value you! ❤️

Thank you everyone for you answers so far. I do take naps when I need to. I also do any kind of physical activity in spurts, no more than 30 minutes at a time. There are days that I just can't take that walk or attend to that house chore and I'm in bed all day. But I've learned to not beat myself up about it. I also try to let those around me know when I'm not feeling my best, which is helped in getting needed support and understanding. 💖
