With being bipolar, I cannot take fatigue meds and caffeine only does so much. I normally exercise but have been sick so my endurance is down and it's a struggle to do anything. What type of exercises do you do to ease back into exercise and build endurance?

There are exercise programs you can join, like the MS gym (themsgym.com) but the routines are around a half hour. It is all online so, you never need leave your house. We've had a mild winter, what I'd guess a Florida winter is like, and I have been and I have taken to exercising outside. I need to use a wheelchair and have also recently bought a Grit or freedom chair that I make go forward with my arms. I started by taking a simple rout, just around my block. When around my block became easier for me to accomplish, I expanded my range slightly. Around the block takes about 15 minutes now but not when I first started. Now, I go a ton further as my endurance built. I'm sure your endurance will build whether you join the virtual gym or start going outside.
