Many community members responded to the question about waking up with joint pain in the hips, with most agreeing it feels connected to MS rather than just aging or steroids. Several members shared what has helped them manage morning stiffness, including CBD pain rubs, heating pads, specially shaped body pillows, and THC regimens, with one noting that a consistent nighttime routine made a big difference in starting the day pain free. A recurring theme was the emotional weight of dealing with this pain daily, including one member expressing how hard it is at just 26 years old.

Yes it's soooo bad in my hips and shoulders every morning. I wish I knew how to stop it. I've tried rubbing cbd pain rub into them, it does give some relief.

Yes. I have for a while now. At first I thought it was just age related. But now I hear more about it with MS.

So I think it's MS, I have a bad reaction to steroids so I can't take them.
