Heating/ cooling device worn on the wrist. Saw one review that someone mentioned she had MS and it worked to keep her cool, her thermostat regulated. I'm going on a trip that has me worried about the heat again. Weakness and jello-legs are a problem in the heat for me.

Any reviews or opinions on this product would be wonderful!

Thank you in advance!

Try to wear a hat and stay in the shade where possible, have a cool shower whenever you can or a swim, try and keep your head cool. (brain and spine) This helps me, I hate the heat with mu MS.
I hope this has helped you!
