I picked Tecfidera because the other not sure of the name but my neurologist said it caused hair loss.

I've taken both. I had some subtle problems with Tecfidera. So far no problems with Gileyna (after almost a year). My doctor likes Gileyna because it might improve my situation. :-) Good luck.

Was on Gilenya 3 years before having a heart attack, they told me latest research shows Gilenya impacts the heart more than they previously thought. Been on tecfidera 6 weeks now so too early to say how that's going.
The heart attack was more a case of bad living than bad medication i have to admit.
