I’m searching for a new neurologist and getting no results. When I search Neurology I get 49 in my network. What’s the difference?

A Neurologist is someone who practices Neurology. Neurology is a division of science or medicine, and a Neurologist is the Dr. or scientist who practices the field. Just like a Psychologist does psychology.
When you search Neurology you are probably getting results for clinics.

Neurology is the study of the anatomy, physiology and diseases of the nervous system.
A Neurologist is a medical practitioner you go to for treatment if you have a disease affecting the nervous system, e.g. MS, Motor Neuron Disease, Parkinson's Disease, etc.
I think @A MyMSTeam Member is correct in posting you to enter MS neurologists. You could also ask your GP for names of good neuro's he could recommend.
Hope this helps @A MyMSTeam Member!
