A magnetic pad? 🤔 Look up the Bemer first. let me know what you think, try it, it's not a gimmick, I've wrote a journal on it. I've been guinea pigging myself now on it for 3 yrs now. Don't listen to the negative things on YouTube about it right now. They want to get rid of it because it does work.. It's natural, it comes from our earth. Good luck on your research.

You can find magnetic mattress pads on Amazon.com. Tens units are pretty good for the back muscle, the butterfly electrode pads are pretty ideal, they're easier to use than 4 individual electrode pads.

Beamer sounds interesting, I will do more research on it, looks like there are many options, not cheap, can I ask what specific products you have experience with?
