I got my cooling vest for free, after qualifying, from the MSAA.

I went through the MS.foundarion for I printed out the application and picked out the cooling package i wanted and they sent it out quickly

I bought one, but really don't use it. When its wet, it's heavy.

I have used the ice packs from my best way more than my vest. I just wrap a pack or two and stick it on my stomach.
