I’m not sure if restless leg syndrome is a symptom but it keeps me from getting to sleep. I always wake up at 6:30am so I want to maximize my sleep but can’t knock this RLS. Any advice?

Oh restless legs are horrible. I couldn't take it. I would just curl up in a fetal position. So many msds did not work . Gabapention unfortunately did not work for me. I have a great neurologist here in Houston TX . Dr Durham changed it 3 times until she perscribed a med that did the trick on the restless legs. It is just wonderful to not have to deal with that. !

My sleep doctor put me on Gabapentin for restless legs. I no longer toss & turn. Other doctors are suggesting to increase my dosage from for 24/7 chronic pain.
