First of all, welcome to our team Corena. I have a weak ankle that is linked to my drop foot. I have a full foot brace for my drop foot which coincidentally supports my ankle!

I have rolled both ankles too many times to count in my life - and long before MS made it an even bigger issue. First, I replaced all shoes with ones that are safer and prevent rolling. I find that using Kinesiology tape works great - it gives more support than you would think! That said, it's visible, so it really only works under leggings or other pants. I have also been in PT for repeated torn achilles on both legs. Those strengthening exercises really do help! I even purchased a few items for home - I especially love the wooden round stability board (in PT they had me sit in a chair, put my foot on the board, then rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise so that they edge of the board touched the floor as I rotated my ankle. I also like the calfstretcher - my issues run up from ankle to achilles to calf to hamstring, so that really helps keep my legs supple. I suffered in silence for way too many years. I've been in PT now for 3 months and feel stronger than ever. Should be able to get PT for repeated injury and balance issues. Hope you find a solution soon - I know what a pain this is!!! XX

How about elastic sleeve with the heel cut out. In the past my ankle would turn out almost making me fall. I stopped wearing heels. When I did fracture my ankle I wore the elastic sleeve. They sell them in drug stores. Good luck.
