Smoking weed has helped me with this problem.
You are not alone with this problem it's quite a common with ms as far as I know, either from damage to the nerve pathways responsible for our sexual function or from the many other problems relating to ms. Most of my lesions are spinal so I have lots of lower half problems including numbness which sometimes spreads beyond my lower legs so mine varies from totally unable to totally fine. Have you spoken to your ms nurse about it, there may be help out there for you if it is becoming a problem.
I can, 4 years ago this month around the 10th, sorry but it was amazing. And it was with someone I was still in love with even though we had got divorced 2 years earlier 🙁❤️ but we are seeing each other again on and off since last Oct, so there's still hope,
But since then very difficult, wether alone(sorry) or with a partner, whatever way its always frustrating...
