I've been told it can...but it also may just stay the same. I've had relapsing remitting for ten years. My neuro has said there's the chance but it may never happen, so to keep moving on and not wait for it.

Yes, it can change to Secondary Progressive. A helpful book is MS for Dummies. It explains a lot.

Yes it definitely progressed for me as well. Had RRMS since 2004, and now Since December 2019 it is SPMS. You should just stay positive. There should come a cure soon. I believe God has a plan for us all. Live each day to your fullest.

I was DX. With Relapses/ Remitting MS over 31 Years ago and I havent Progressed.
