I am losing weight & have no appetite.

Even if i had an appetite, its going through me so fast, i dont think i am getting any actual nutrition. I just started drinking Boost/Ensure yesterday bc im at a loss. Any advice on finding my appetite or foods that may not go directly through me?

Alot of people having loss or no appetite due to health,medication or treatment have recorded having cannabis helped,get the munchies and eat. A well known answer for chemo and that type of stuff
