I was off and on copaxone for about 14 years I say off and on because copaxone was the only one that didn’t affect the liver it’s side affect was may cause brittle bone or bone pain

I have been on Avonex for over 24 years . I hate the shots. My sister was giving them to me than they changed. I get to give them to myself. I don't like taking them. So I keep telling myself it is a very fast 10 seconds do it and get it done. I am very happy with them. The only thing I don't like is fighting with the insurance. I know they cost around $8000.00 for 4 shots. I have been with the payment assist program. My insurance only has to pay $250.00 and the manufacture of the shots pick up the rest. My daughter who is a pharmacy tech helped me by giving me the info for the help. I am very happy with them. Will be getting a shipment tomorrow. Hope everyone has a nice Thanksgiving. Prayers for you all

I was on Copaxone for several years with no big issues. I got tired of the injection pain (felt like getting stung by a bee) and lipoatrophy so switched to Aubagio. Hope you get answers soon.

@A MyMSTeam Member If you can’t get in to see one, there are more Gastroenterologists out there. You need to be seen now and not wait. Look online and call to see how quickly you can see someone, then have your PCP send them the necessary paperwork so you can; that’s what I’ve done in the past when I needed to see a specialist right away.
