Best of luck @Derrek2 I hope you have answers by now.
Honestly as a female now not in a relationship at 56, I'm too busy looking after me to feel the need to be or feel sexy/sexual which is ok.
I've got two adult children now and I'm learning to live on experiences, memories and what life has taught and is still teaching me.
While I was in a relationship and more able-bodied I did enjoy sexual pleasure, so if you can in any way take whatever "sexy feels" you get and hold those good feelings in your mind and build on them. It's the feel goods that you need to keep focused on especially during the act of love making. Having said that with nerve disruption there is an element that may prevent growth in this area. I wish you all the best for the future.

Hey! Not sure if its the same for men, but I had terrible incontinence for 3 years before finally getting botox in my bladder this past spring. It literally changed my life, I cried because I was so happy -- no more waking up in a puddle (can't believe I'm writing this on the internet lol) and no more running to the bathroom. Could not recommend bladder botox more.

on the incontince I recommend approaching sleep the same way I approached air travel in the before times. I didn't consume liquid for a couple of hours before the flight and passed on refreshments during. I know it sounds simple but it worked for me. Also try and go during the hours before bed and try to completely evacuate. I learned how to push certain areas of my stomache to help release.
