No need to now...i already caught it. And if it closely resembles the flu like you say it does....i don't get that one either. This is the first time ive been sick since early 2016....the flu then too.

Yes, I got the virus; right now I am in the first week of quarantine. So far I had mild symptoms of a flu. I had no fever, no chills, no loss of taste or smell, no digestive issues. The predominant symptoms were body aches in the first three days, a general weakness and I felt a little lightheaded. I was very careful with wearing masks and social distance from the beginning of this pandemic, but for Thanksgiving I invited 1 person, my son, who was symptoms free, did not know of any Covid contacts. We kept the social distance but did not wear a mask. It seems that after he left, he got sick and after two days we exhibited symptoms too. Transmissibility of Covid 19 is extremely high, people should be very careful.

@Cameila21 first off, thank you for your answer. 2, i am sorry to hear that. I hope that despite coming down with it, you had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving.
My family and i are very careful also, mask, social distancing, the whole thing. My husband and i spent 6 months home from work just trying to keep safe from it. But somehow, it found its way in and my husband and i have it. It started with me, and then him a few days later. My daughter goes back and forth between our house and her dad's. We think that is how it happened. Our symptoms are mild, and we're both on the mend. But these headaches are no joke! Nothing helps to relieve it, except sleep. There is only so much sleep one can get in a day.
I hope you start feeling better, fast!
