Does anyone else grit their teeth or clinch your jaw and not realize you are doing it?
I was taking the medication Modafinil, which is supposed to help with "brain fog" etc. I found myself gritting my teeth during the night. So much so, my jaw would be sore in the morning. I don't think I ever truly went into a deep sleep while taking it. I now take Adderall with no issues.
Yep. Have your dentist make you a mouth-guard. It will save your teeth.
Gritting teeth, also known as bruxism, isn't specifically mentioned in the provided knowledge base. However, if you have concerns about this symptom in relation to multiple sclerosis, it might be helpful to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

It is not normal to gring your teeth. A mouth guard might help. If severe Botox shots help. They offer TMJ physical therapy. Don't ignore. I had surgery to rebuild my joint. If actual joint is locking get a TMJ MRI to see if joint is destroyed inside.
Normal for me. I have to concentrate on myself to not do it around other people
