I grind my teeth and clinch my jaw . The clinch started happening in the day time to some years back . Now I have several broken teeth to the point that there’s just sharp pieces left , missing teeth , and infected teeth. I would get a mouth guard ASAP before it’s to late ! I also have had jaw pain so intense nothing helps the pain

I chronically clench my teeth. All day; every day. Am unable to control it or stop it. My teeth have already been damaged because of this. I think there's some kind of dental treatment for it but I can't afford it.

I tend to clench my jaw and I also grind my teeth so I wear a night guard at night. And I do stretching and opening my mouth wide and close and it tends to help it relax. Also I do relaxation techniques as well.

Yeah, the ENT I recently went to didn't even know about CranialSacral therapy! The whole reason I went to the ENT was because I started having tinnitus relief through the CranialSacral therapy that I never thought was possible and it gave me real hope that an expert would be able to shed more light on why it's working so well! They had NO idea. And apparently my hearing test came back 100% so they told me there was nothing they could do to help. But seriously, if you find a good practitioner, it's worth the try and that rate is reasonable (I pay $125 for 90 min which is out of my budget so I can only go once a month now, but it's one of the BEST things I do for myself). The only other times in life that I'm as chilled out and anxiety free as I am after a session is when I take MMJ. Yep, it's really that calming. Keep in touch and if you go let me know how it goes for you! I will say it took a couple sessions to get used to before I could really relax....but I'm pretty high strung sometimes. (Massage therapists & manicurists tell me "relax" to loosen up but it's VERY hard for me).

I do - CranialSacral therapy has really helped me learn to calm my CNS and relax. I carry a lot of tension in my jaw, neck, and shoulders. My jaw even audibly popped during a session where she was applying pressure to my abdomen a couple weeks ago (as in not touching my jaw at all!) - and it's been so much better since! Think of CranialSacral therapy as very gentle chiropractor with some gentle traction and even more gentle massage.
