Members shared a wide range of strategies to help with falling and staying asleep, from over-the-counter options like melatonin, Benadryl, and ZzzQuil to prescription medications including Trazodone, Clonazepam, Baclofen, Gabapentin, and Amitriptyline. Several members found relief through natural approaches like CBD oil, medical marijuana, magnesium supplements, weighted blankets, white noise machines, sleep apps, and cutting out caffeine. A recurring theme was that sleep struggles with MS are real and layered, often made worse by pain, spasms, and frequent bathroom trips, but the community offered warmth and encouragement to keep trying different solutions.

I use over the counter Unisom. I take two at bedtime and it takes about 20-30 minutes for it to work.
