What works for tired and dry eyes

Eating oily type fish is always a help and staying hydrated of course ( a good guide to this is think about how much you need to toilet) . Other consideration is your environment, can you filter dust and humidify your house etc

Thank you all for the help. I really appreciate it. Sorry it took me so long to thank you all. When i went to the optimaigist she also recommended Sustane. I just found that out and also Pataday eye drops i found out qork good for me too. Thanks again to you all😀😀😀

My opthamologist told me to use Refresh tears 6 times a day. Also take breaks from using/reading your phone messages, etc. I have to quit using after an hour right now. If you use it or a regular computer or laptop, get up walk around and look at different things for awhile.

My optometrist has me using Bink brand eye drops. The stuff sold in stores doesn't work for me.
