Keep moving, adapt and overcome, do what ever you HAVE to do as early as possible when you have some energy. Avoid the adderall,it's a trap. All that will be is a never ending addiction . Now if you stop taking you will get even more tired.

I think fatigue is something many MSers struggle with. Change in diet has helped some as has personal hypnotism. I know it sounds a bit pie in the sky but it works for me. I have a quick, like 15 minute calm talk through, if you want to try before you seek help in getting someone to teach you how to hypnotize, yourself. Just ping me if you're interested

My DR put me on the MITO food plan from IFM (institute for functional medicine). This food plan targets feeding our mitochondria which are our energy producers. It's essentially a mediterranean diet but there are some specific differences for energy production. I've been eating this way 5+ years now so it's very sustainable (my DR says 85% adhesion is enough to reap benefits) and fatigue is no longer an issue for me. It creeps back in if I eat off plan too much so it definitely works for me. You can find the plan online & download for free - just search for "IFM MITO food plan comprehensive guide." Message me if you have any questions I can help with!!! 🧡

If Adderall is taken "properly" there should not be a Rollercoaster ride going on.
Make sure to get plenty of rest and try not to take a "large dose" everyday depending on your dose (mine is 80mg/day) so I take (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) . . .
If you want to or HAVE TO stop make sure you and your doctor have a plan for a comfortable weening.
It can HELP without being ABUSED.🤗
