New Smyrna Beach, FL

I have different sensations in my toes than I have in my feet. Spasms in calves. Stiffness in my thighs. Arms are achey & painful.
My question is: is this how others experience pain, etc.?
It's different in the various areas simultaneously?
I sometimes refer to the sensations I have in my feet as my "pain socks." But I can be having spasms and other sensations in my legs at the same time. Is this what others experience?

Yes magnesium helps me. Also take a tablespoon of yellow mustard before bed.

I get cramping in both my feet randomly, although more frequently at night. However, I do get them during the day, and my toes curl uptight with my big toes going in the opposite direction. I use my essential oils. Both Deep Blue and Wintergreen are perfect for nerve pain.

@A MyMSTeam Member just reading your comment on muscle spasms and I get them in my legs especially at night and my DR put me on Ropinirole and it works wonders for a small dose pill with no side effects, just an idea that might be worth trying.
