Outdoors people use Arnica, its good for bruising, strains, all sorts like that.

Thanks for that. It''s what I'm doing. I don't get pain but it definately makes my walking far more difficult if I'm hot. I'm trying to avoid having to take cold showers 😄. I have found turning the air con on full blast when in the car helps too.

layering clothes is my best way for dealing with the changes in temps inside ...having socks on keeps me warmer but as the temps rise i have to take them off ...start out with sweets and sweatshirts in the really cold and then change to lighter weight clothing as the it heats up ...just taking off socks and shoes really cools me down ...of course shorts verses long pants and tank tops verses long sleeves or sweat shirts ..clothing can really make a difference ...of course on really hot days it is a fan ...take care and be safe ...drink lots of cold fluids in the heat ...

Welcome to Colorado . I've learned the art of layering and THE POWER OF POT ,lotions smoking, eating making pot tea . It's like a strip show every hour . Hippy stip show , layers lol . Now you live in a different area than I . I like arnica gel and tablets . Big hugs
