I haven't seen this anywhere...does anybody get cold feet? I mean, they feel like they are freezing and I can't find a way to get them warm. Has gone on for 3 days now.

Another friend advised me to buy a small bottle of eucalyptus oil/ cream rub all over your foot and put the socks on. You will feel the change!

Either freezing cold or on fire, no in between. I massage my feet wth lotion right before going to sleep and again in the morning before boots. Helps the circulation thus regulating the temp. Winter's a bear. Wish it would hibernate! 🥶

I use Vicks VapoRub on my feet then put them under a warming foot blanket. Nothing helps but that.

I've used hair dryers (takes a bit, but makes your feet swell & turn red - I don't advise but I get desperate) Bought 30 below freezing socks that do Nothing. Bought "heating" booties that I returned because they have a tiny, flat barely heat element in them - useless. Maybe a more expensive kind would work. Even soaking feet in warm/hot water takes forever & doesn't last long. I am always frozen to the bone. Almost hurts. I can barely walk but try to stagger to the bathroom to get circulation going. And massage the feet, use a massager on the feet, etc. Nothing is enough!
But try Vicks VapoRub, put on socks then warm them under a small heating blanket. You can buy them under $20 on ebay. Just see how it heats up (not those flat, cheesy copper heat strip that does nothing)
