@A MyMSTeam Member. Your welcome!☺️ I'm starting an anti inflammatory diet. My knees are swollen and now one ankle. I have an appointment this Wednesday for the nero and I'm going to ask him for at least a 3 day steroids. How are you feeling?

Thank you for that! Did you have inflammation in your knees or anywhere else? Does those meds help with that?

It's Diclofenac 500 EC 50mg tab twice a day and I also take Duloxetine HCL DR 60 mg capsules twice a day and they seem to help. I was taking 4 ibuprofen several times a day and they wanted me off that due to kidney health.

That would be good to know as I also have osteoarthritis and I’m in a lot of pain all the time xx
