Does anyone ever get lightheaded and nauseous after eating a meal?

Yes, I do. I think it's from my dizziness though. My eye sight has gotten bad and I get dizzy when I try to walk and very sick stomach. I usually have to wait like 45 minutes after I eat to do anything much. That's not very helpful I'm sorry. I was just relating to the fact that yes I do get nauseated after eating. I guess it's part of it?

If you take a panic med at night the throw ups don't come . Eating in public is a no for me for now until I can figure it out .I'm on rebif .. I had thus before I ever started meds ..no drama is good .

I have not but I have heard that stomach and gut issues are a common symptom of MS. But they are also a common side effect from many medications. You could ask your doctor if they can help you figure out if a medication is causing that then you might be able to resolve it.
I hope you feel better!

I haven't been able to eat more than 3-5 bites of anything at one time 4+ years. Lost 40#'s. As an added bonus to my body, my stomach will look/feel like a balloon. Tight. My mood can change ... too much going on.
