Hi, I’m new here. I’ve had MS for many years. I just had my first dose of Ocrevus last week. I had allergic reaction and some increased heart rate and anxiety but it’s getting better. I am so worried about getting an infection or something. Does it totally tank your immune system? Has anyone gotten really sick because of it? Just worried 😟

I got the shingles vaccine last year and no other vac kicked my ass harder than that one. I also had pox in my 30s and shingles in my 50s. Both brutal.
So you just got your first half dose? You get a second in 2 weeks? As to blood pressure im assuming you were checked often while being administered. So if they didn't stop i wouldn't be concerned, everybody is different. Its said. if you meet a person with MS, you've met one person with MS. Its different for all if us. My opinion stick with the treatment
Hello,I was on ocrevus for 2 yrs with no problems,I have switched to kesempta due to the hassle of going to the infusion center and the time for the infusion.kesempta is equal to ocrevus but it takes me about 5 minutes to self administer once a month at home,look into it.I did and asked my Nuro if I could switch and he said yes it’s so much easier.💁🏻♂️
The hell with ocrevus,kesempta is far better,ocrevus is a pain in the arse.💁🏻♂️
