I quit by vaping. Slowly cut down on the nicotine % until it was down to 0%.
It took me about a month, and then just quit it all.
That was in 2013, and I have never touched another cigarette.
I was a smoker for 20+ years and honestly would have still been trying to quit but I got heightened sense of taste and smell. So in March, right before all tests for MS I quit. Silly me started vaping because not an irritating odor. I quit vaping a month ago, irritating at results. Less bathroom trips, less spasms( said less, not none), less pain, and best of all I sleep 3 hours more. Waiting to see what else but heck of an incentive.
I recently quit smoking. November 12th was my last cigarette. I use an e cigarette. No nicotine, small enough to hold like a cigarette. I ordered it through the mail. Website; ezee-go.com. Good luck!!
That is a really good idea that I can do! Thank you Ed!
I found that I smoked because I thought about it. I went a few hours days whatever. That made the urge. When I stopped thinking about it it went away. Don't think about it think of something else. There are lots of things to think about. Don't focus on how long you haven't smoked, keep thinking of something else. It's more mental than anything else.
