Hey family, How do you keep from getting discouraged or emotionally drained during a flare up? I’m so tired and can’t do anything right now.

Waiting for my UTI antibiotics to work before trying steroids per neurologist orders. Emotionally drained and exhausted 😢 I just want to be better so badly.
