Has anyone had arm twitches such as restless leg but it’s your arm instead?
I frequently find my left arm restless and I’m completely unaware of how long its happening at each sitting. Is this an MS thing or I’m just weird?
YES, I have the twitches as well. supplements can help,vitamin B-12 helps with MS as we are low on that with MS 1000 mcg a day
Its very normal. When i have a rough night with RLS sometimes it goes into my arms. Talk to your dr about Mirapex, i’ve taken it for years and it has helped so much.
