When I'm upset, it's like I don't have much of a filter. It's like my sadness ,hurt feelings, or anger causes me to feel the emotion much stronger, and just plain raw. I end up ambarassing myself, with the things I say. I never had this problem until MS.

I have been having extreme mood swings. I can cry all day. My doctor also prescribed Nuedexta. I have been on it for about one month. I have seen a difference in the crying spells and anger. It will take about 90 days to see the full effect. I hope this helps anyone going through this.

Same here. It's embarrassing. I once started crying when she brought me a breakfast sandwich at work. My wife is understanding and we usually find ourselves laughing about it in the end. Sometimes I just have to laugh because the reality is just too depressing

@A MyMSTeam Member, I was having the same problem, going from laughing to crying at a drop of a hat until I started taking nuedexta for pseudobubar effect. Thought I was going crazy.
