I have and I found it very helpful. I was also having severe headaches at the time and so I did a series of sessions and it seemed to be really helpful for it. See if there’s a community acupuncture site for the best price. You share a quiet room with others but it’s much cheaper than private sessions that way. Usually they are based on a sliding scale.
